Design of spur track with Hazardous Material Transloading Facility off AVRR main into Sunoco facility.

Capital improvements grant application for $2.4 million project replacing worn jointed rail with Class 1 welded rail along 6 miles of AVRR main, tie renewal and grade crossing upgrade.

RFAP Grant Application for 800’ of spur track into Pennzoil Facility from AVRR main.

Research and submission of RFAP Grant Applications for the rehabilitation of the Edgewater Steel Branch, Indian Run Branch and Main Line, all of which were funded.

Track rehabilitation of 7 miles including 7,000 ties, switch timber & surfacing of the Brilliant Branch, Pittsburgh Branch and Main Line.

Design of a bulk unloading facility including reconfiguration of a wye track and design of a pit track for unloading of commodity.
